Reserved seating

Room layouts, prices by row and an interactive seat map. Enabled on request.

What it is

Reserved seating lets buyers choose their exact seats on an interactive map. It is enabled per organisation on request — email support@facilevents.com and we will switch it on.

  • Room layouts — build a layout once (rows, sections, round tables, accessible seats) and reuse it for any event.
  • Prices by row range — for example, front rows at one price and the rest at another.
  • Seat map — buyers see what is free, can look for “N together”, and the seats they pick are held for them for a short time while they pay.

Seated tickets are paid by card through Stripe. Reserved seating is not available at the box office yet.
