Where does the ticket money go?
Straight to your own Stripe account, at the moment of each sale. FacilEvents never receives or holds your ticket money and takes no fee from it. Attendees can choose to add a small contribution to FacilEvents at checkout — it is never part of your revenue.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. FacilEvents is free for organisers: no plan, no card, no trial clock.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You get yourorg.facilevents.com immediately, and you can connect your own domain (e.g. events.yourorg.org) right in the admin — SSL is automatic.
Which languages does it work in?
Your public site and every ticket email can be in English, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian or French, and the admin is in the same five. Each organisation chooses which languages its site offers, and every email follows the buyer’s language.
What if I want to leave?
Stop any time. Your data can be exported in full, and we delete it on request — it’s yours.
