Frequently asked questions
Can I limit how many tickets each category sells?
Yes. Every ticket type has its own stock — 40 athlete spots and 150 spectator tickets, for example. When it is gone, the site says sold out for that type.
Can athletes fill in extra details when registering?
Yes. Ticket types can carry per-attendee forms — division, weight class, emergency contact, or any field you configure. Answers are stored on the order and exportable.
What does it cost?
£19.99/month + 1% of ticket sales, deducted automatically at payment. No per-ticket fees added at checkout, and a 14-day free trial without a card. The price you sign at is the price you keep.
