$0.00 is always an option, shown first, and changes nothing about your ticket.
How much it costs
For organisers: nothing. No subscription, no percentage on ticket sales. Card payments go through the organiser's own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its usual processing fee there.
Where the money goes
The ticket money goes straight to the organiser. A contribution, if you choose one, goes to FacilEvents and keeps the platform running for organisers like churches, charities and clubs. It is never part of the organiser's revenue, and choosing $0.00 is just as valid.
What if I ask for a refund
If the organiser refunds your order in full, your contribution comes back too. If you only want the contribution back, contact support@facilevents.com — your ticket stays valid.
