From zero to selling in a day

The four steps

When you register, your organisation gets its own site at yourname.facilevents.com immediately. The dashboard shows a checklist with the four steps to go live:

• Subscribe — start the 14-day free trial (no card needed to register; the subscription starts billing after the trial).
• Connect payments — link YOUR own SumUp or Stripe account. Ticket money goes straight there; FacilEvents never holds it.
• Create an event — name, date, page and tickets (see the Events article).
• Personalise your site — logo, colours and texts (see Branding & domain).

Each step links to the right screen. When all four are done, the checklist disappears.

Where things live

The sidebar groups everything: Dashboard (numbers), Event (events, products, orders, box office, check-in, food counter), Receipts (payments, subscription, offerings) and Account (branding, domain, team, reports).

The event switcher at the top decides which event every screen is about — products, orders and reports are always for the selected event.
