Subscription, trial and cancelling
What you pay, when billing starts, and how to leave (with your data).
The price
Free for organisers: £0/month and 0% FacilEvents fee — no plan, no trial, no card. Stripe’s standard processing fee applies to card payments on your own account.
Attendees see an optional "Support FacilEvents" choice at checkout, with "No contribution" always available and shown first. What they give goes to FacilEvents, never out of your revenue. On free events, the ask comes after registration and is charged by FacilEvents itself.
Cancelling and your data
There is no subscription to cancel. If you stop using FacilEvents, your site simply stops selling when you unpublish your events.
Leaving for good? You can export your data in full, and we delete it on request. It is yours.
