Subscription, trial and cancelling
What you pay, when billing starts, and how to leave (with your data).
The price
£19.99/month plus 1% of ticket sales — deducted automatically at payment for online Stripe sales; box-office sales are billed on the monthly invoice. The 14-day trial needs no card; billing starts when you subscribe in the Subscription screen.
The price you sign at is the price you keep — future list-price changes do not affect existing customers.
Cancelling and your data
Cancel anytime from the Subscription screen; it takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. If a payment fails repeatedly, new sales pause until it is sorted — past data stays intact.
Leaving for good? You can export your data in full, and we delete it on request. It is yours.
