Where does the ticket money go?
Directly into your church’s SumUp account, at the moment of each sale. FacilEvents never receives or holds your money — we only charge the monthly subscription and the 1% fee afterwards, through Stripe.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Registration is free and the first 14 days need no card. You subscribe when you’re ready to sell.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You get yourchurch.facilevents.com immediately, and can connect your own domain (e.g. events.yourchurch.org) from the admin — SSL is automatic.
Does it work in Portuguese and English?
Both, side by side. You choose whether your public site offers both languages or just one, and every ticket email follows the buyer’s language.
What if I want to leave?
Cancel in one click from the admin. Your data can be exported in full, and we delete it on request — it’s yours.
